Delivery & Returns UK Delivery
Revs aims to dispatch your order the next working day, and no later than 3 days after placing your order. We use either Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For, or DPD Tracked & Signed For for all our orders in the UK.
We offer various Delivery Options within the UK – Free UK Delivery within 1-5 days, or Guaranteed Next Day Courier Delivery, and also Saturday Delivery.
For next day delivery, Monday to Friday, orders must be placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will take an additional day to be dispatched.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

We off Free Worldwide Delivery.
For European Delivery we use DPD Tracked for Germany, Spain, France, Italy & Romania. For all other countries at this time, we use Royal Mail International Tracked – this usually takes up to about 3-5 days to reach the overseas destinations but can take longer depending on the time of year, e.g. Christmas will be busy so order early!

Delivery & Returns International Delivery
We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery.
For International Delivery we use Royal Mail International Tracked, and DPD depending on the country we are shipping to – it usually takes up to about 5 days to reach the overseas destinations but can take longer depending on the time of year, e.g. Christmas will be busy so order early!
Please bear with us, as we cannot control the Royal Mail service, and we are all doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note if your delivery address is international and in a country that applies other tax or charges, such as import duty, Revs are not liable for this payment. The customer agrees to pay for these charges.
For International Orders, it can take anything from 3 days to 3 weeks for parcels to reach you. Please note, Royal Mail can sometimes take longer than expected.
Delivery & Returns Returns
We’re sure that you’ll be delighted with your goods purchased online from www.https://revsstore.com but if you find that the item is not suitable or does not fit, then we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, subject to our terms and conditions.
Returns for a refund or an exchange
Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase, and be in their original condition, and packaging, fit for re-sale and must not have been worn. We appreciate you need to try the shoes on, but given the nature of our products, you should try them on with socks, for personal hygiene reasons, and only try them on indoors, preferably on a carpet.
We need to be able to re-stock the return items so we ask that you do take care and have courtesy for us and future customers by ensuring you do not wear the products if you are going to return them for a refund or exchange.
If we receive shoes or insoles or any other product that has evidently been worn, for example, if the soles are dirty, or the shoes are marked or bent, we won’t be able to refund you, or send you an exchange. Your choice then is for us to send them back to you. If you do not want them returned to you, we keep them for 3 months, at which time we will send them to Oxfam, or another chosen charity. Before sending them to our chosen charity, we take photographs of the shoes to prevent any future dispute arising between the customer and Revs.
So, all being well and you are returning your product in the original, new condition, this is what to do:
Log in to your account on our online shop and go into the “My orders” section. View the details of the appropriate order, fill in the reason for the return and tell us whether you’d like a refund or an exchange, and click “Send message”.
If you would like to exchange your product, please state which product you would like to exchange it for. We are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.
If you have access to a printer please complete the Returns Form and return with your package. If you don’t have access to a printer, please include a short covering letter with the same details.
We are keen to re-cycle our packaging for environmental purposes, so we recommend you turn the envelope you received your shoes in inside out, and re-address the package to be returned to:Revs, Returns & Exchanges

Please add the appropriate postage, Second Class Post is fine and there is no need to track it, but it is recommended that you get a proof of postage receipt and use a trusted delivery service as we cannot take any responsibility for items lost in transit. Please also make sure the postage is fully paid. If Revs need to pay for additional postage charges, this will have to be deducted from your refund. We do not offer Free Returns at this time.
Returns for a Refund
You have 28 days to return an item. Items purchased through the https://revsstore.com website may be returned for a full refund, including your original delivery costs if applicable, within 7 working days, but we do not pay for the cost incurred by you to return the item (unless the goods are faulty, in which case we are happy to refund the cost of the postage up to a maximum value of £4.00, and we reserve the right to request a receipt for these postage costs). You should opt for Second Class Return Mail and get a Proof of Postage Receipt.
Any returns made after 7 working days from date of purchase may be returned for a full refund (excluding original delivery charges, and excluding the costs incurred by you to return the item).
Returns for an Exchange
If you wish to return an item for a suitable exchange, please note we reserve the right to charge you the postage and packing costs for all exchanges, and we do not pay for the cost of the postage for the item you are returning to Revs.
If you are returning an item from outwith the European Union, you may need to complete customs declaration paperwork to avoid paying unnecessary export taxes. If any taxes are charged to Revs, these will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the charges are higher than the refund amount then the package will not be accepted.
Tracking your return
We aim to process all requests for refunds and exchanges within 3-5 working days of receipt of your return package. We may get it done a bit sooner, or sometimes a bit longer due to any public holidays etc but please be assured we are on the case, and we are doing our best for you!
How Do I cancel My Order?
Once payment has been debited from your account, the transaction will be fully processed, and you will have to follow the returns procedure for a refund or exchange.
What if my Revs or products are delivered faulty?
We have really high standards so hopefully this won’t happen! If it does, email us at mail@https://revsstore.com, quoting your order number, and explanation of the fault and we can discuss the best course of action. It is also useful to send a photograph of the fault as this will help us sort it out as quickly as possible for you. We will always sort it out, we’re an honest bunch here and we want to keep all our customers happy and of course we love it when you write a good product review or recommend us to friends and family, so it’s in our best interests to make sure your Revs are of the highest quality!
What if I received an incorrect pair of Revs or product?
Hopefully this won’t happen, but sometimes we do make mistakes. If this happens, please don’t get mad with us, we haven’t done it deliberately and we are trying our best. Email us at mail@https://revsstore.com, quoting your order number, and we will sort it out!
With both Incorrect or Faulty Items – an additional important point…
If we need to refund you postage costs for returning an item because we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, or there is a fault, we will refund you up to a maximum of £4 (for UK customers) and a maximum of £7 (for customers outside the UK) –please use Royal Mail Second Class post in the UK, and standard air mail outside the UK. It’s wise to get a ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt because we can’t take any responsibility for items that get lost in transit. As stated above, we want to do our bit for the environment, so turn the original envelope inside out and re-address it to send it back. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
A final reminder…
We are sorry to bang on about this, but in all requests for a refund or exchange, if an item has been worn, shows signs of dirt, is marked in any way that causes the item to be not fit for re-sale we reserve the right not to offer you a refund or exchange and will give you the option to either a) return the original product to you, or b) ask us to donate the item to charity.

By purchasing products from our online shop at www.in-revs.com, you agree to the following terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro via our payment system hosted on a secure server by Sage Pay or you can choose to pay by PayPal.
The price quoted on the website is in pounds sterling (£). The total cost of your order is the price of the goods, plus delivery charges relevant to your delivery address in UK, Europe or Worldwide.
Please note VAT, where applicable, is charged at the UK standard rate. If your delivery address is international, or within an EU country which apply other tax or charges, such as import duty, Revs is not liable for this payment. The customer agrees to pay for these charges.
We currently dispatch all UK orders by Royal Mail or by Yodel courier service. Orders outside the UK are dispatched with Royal Mail International. You are responsible for ensuring you provide the correct delivery address and that you will be available at that address to receive your goods. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods, and after attempting delivery two times, Royal Mail and Yodel both return the package to the sender. If we are then required to send the item again, you are responsible for the costs of re-delivery at £3.95 within the UK; £9.95 within other European Countries; and the rest of the world.
It is important that you specify the delivery address accurately at the time of order, as once your package has been despatched we cannot changte the delivery address. So please consider whether you should use a home address or place of work for delivery.
Once your goods have been despatched, we will notify you by email. Both Royal Mail and Yodel deliver goods within 1-3 working days under normal circumstances, e.g. this may be weather dependent or slightly longer at busy periods such as Christmas.
All orders placed on www.in-revs.com are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, every effort will be made to highlight this on the website. However, if you order something that is out of stock a member of the Revs Team will contact you by email to advise you of this and organise a refund, exchange, or a credit for when the item is back in stock.
On rare occasions, more than one customer may have the same item in their baskets and place their orders at the same time – if this happens the person who checks out first will secure the item and we will contact the other customer.
Every reasonable care is taken to make sure the reproduction of colours on the website is accurate. However, there may be a slight variation because of the limits of technology.
Please see our separate returns section. Revs reserves the right to refuse any products that are returned outwith the 28-day returns period. Any items that are soiled, have been worn, are not in their original condition or do not have the box or packaging in the original condition will not be accepted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Code of Practice
We undertake to deal with any complaint within 5-7 working days.
In a bid to do our bit for the environment we will reuse packaging and boxes wherever possible. We would also ask you to reuse our packaging if you are returning goods, e.g. by turning the mailing bag inside out or by placing a label over the original address.
We will not pass on your details to any other party.
Revs reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
The terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Revs, and you (the customer) in respect of the use of our products and of our website, www.in-revs.com. The agreement is governed by Scots law.
You are not permitted to reproduce, sell or exploit for any personal or commercial purpose any part of the website.
