We hope you will be delighted with your goods purchased from Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd but if you find that the item is not suitable or does not fit, then we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, subject to our terms and conditions
Unwanted items:
Cost of return for unwanted items is covered by the customer. Items purchased from Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd may be returned for a full refund, including your original delivery costs if applicable, within 7 working days, but we do not pay for the cost incurred by you to return the item (unless the goods are faulty, in which case we are happy to refund the cost of the postage and we reserve the right to request a receipt for these postage costs). Any returns made after 7 working days from date of purchase may be returned for a full refund (excluding original delivery charges, and excluding the costs incurred by you to return the item).
Item must be returned unused and in same condition it was received. Customers returning used or worn items will not be eligible for a refund. Any used, worn, soiled, dirty products will be returned to the customer or sent to Charity.
Item must be returned within 28 days of receipt
It is recommended you get a proof of postage receipt and use a trusted delivery service as we cannot take any responsibility for items lost in transit. Please also make sure the postage is fully paid. If Revs need to pay for additional postage charges, this will have to be deducted from your refund, or a charge made to you for an exchange.
Faulty, damaged, or Incorrect items Sent:
Cost of return for items found to be faulty/damaged, or not what you ordered are covered by Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd. Items must be checked by customer upon delivery and any faults/damage reported to us within 48 hours
Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Customers returning items found not to be faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your product, please state which product you would like to exchange it for when you contact customer service. We are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. We reserve the right to charge you the postage and packing costs for all exchanges.
Refunds:
We aim to process all requests for refunds and exchanges within 5-10 working days of receipt of your return package

Any faults or damage that is not documented on the Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel any order made with Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd prior to that order being shipped from our warehouse. To do so, please contact us directly on: +44 (0) 1355270420 (Monday to Friday 0900-1730 UK Time Zone) or e-mail customerservice@revsstore.com 24/7.
Once shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. However, upon receipt of the order, you have the right to return the goods in concurrence with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
If you cancel an order, Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd will refund you within 30 days of cancellation notice.
