We aim to ship all products ordered before 3pm (GMT) the same day – excluding weekends and public holidays.

You have the right to cancel any order made with Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd prior to that order being shipped from our warehouse.

Once shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. However, upon receipt of the order, you have the right to return the goods in concurrence with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Cost of return for items found to be faulty/damaged, or not what you ordered are covered by Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd.
Items must be checked by customer upon delivery and any faults/damage reported to us within 48 hours
Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Customers returning items found not to be faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
