We aim to ship all products ordered before 3pm (GMT) the same day – excluding weekends and public holidays. Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd use Royal Mail, and various courier delivery services for UK, EU and international parcels, for example, DPD, or Fedex.
We provide Free UK Delivery over £40 and Free EU and International Delivery over £60.
We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer. We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out with our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands, some parts of northern Scotland and abroad, may take longer to arrive than mainland UK. International Delivery times vary by country and we cannot guarantee transit times.
We hope you will be delighted with your goods purchased from Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd but if you find that the item is not suitable or does not fit, then we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to our terms and conditions. We offer Free Returns within the UK, and most of EU. International Return costs are subject to discretion.

Items purchased from Revs Store / Kenkoh Europe Ltd may be returned for a full refund, including your original delivery costs if applicable, within 7 working days, Any returns made after 7 working days from date of purchase may be returned for a full refund (excluding original delivery charges, and excluding the costs incurred by you to return the item). Item must be returned unused and in same condition it was received.
Customers returning used or worn items will not be eligible for a refund. Any used, worn, soiled, dirty products will be returned to the customer or sent to Charity.
Item must be returned within 28 days of receipt. If you do not use our Free Return Service, it is recommended you get a proof of postage receipt and use a trusted delivery service as we cannot take any responsibility for items lost in transit. Please also make sure the postage is fully paid. If Revs need to pay for additional postage charges, this will have to be deducted from your refund, or a charge made to you for an exchange.
Please email email@example.com if you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Items must be checked by the customer upon delivery and any faults/damage reported to us within 48 hours. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers returning items found not to be faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Please log in to your account and follow the Returns Process, and confirming whether you want an exchange pr refund. If you would like to exchange your product, please state which product you would like to exchange it for when you contact customer service. We are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. We reserve the right to charge you the postage and packing costs for all exchanges.
